Doug's Timer is a timer I made based on this video by DougDoug where he has a funky timer that doesn't abide by natural time laws. A second might last 4 seconds, half a second, it could swap between minutes and seconds or it could round to the nearest minute. This is my version of it, I stole his idea and this is the result.
